About the Role

You will partner with Account Managers to expand existing customer relationships through product demonstrations, use-case analysis, ROI assessments and technical scoping. You will design solutions involving APIs, ERP integrations and HRIS connectors, advise on integrations and configurations, troubleshoot blockers, support rollouts and share customer feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business or a related field
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle Fusion
  • Comfort with APIs, integration logic and system architecture
  • Experience running product demonstrations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Managers on customer expansion
  • Demonstrate new products and features
  • Evaluate customer requirements
  • Assess use cases, ROI and technical scope
  • Design and recommend Ramp architecture
  • Advise customers and internal teams on integrations and configuration
  • Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers
  • Support technical workstreams during rollouts
  • Advocate for integration development
  • Influence the product roadmap
  • Contribute to documentation, tooling and knowledge bases
