About the Role
You will own the full lifecycle for a book of customer accounts, from prospecting to renewal. You will run discovery, design and build customer workflows, manage commercial processes, guide early implementation, and partner on adoption, expansion, and renewal execution.
Requirements
- Have experience selling technical products to technical buyers
- Demo, co-design, and troubleshoot software with customers
- Conduct discovery and qualification and map customer workflows
- Translate workflows into commercial outcomes and adoption plans
- Manage complex procurement, legal, and security review cycles
- Use AI tools and learn new ways of working
Responsibilities
- Own new-logo, expansion, and renewal customer lifecycles
- Design and build workflow solutions live with customers
- Run discovery and design current-to-future-state workflow architecture
- Partner with BDRs on account planning and outbound outreach
- Manage commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews
- Guide early implementation and adoption planning
- Partner on onboarding, expansion strategies, and renewal execution
