About the Role
You will deliver technical excellence and strategic guidance for customer accounts. You will oversee the technical pre-sales relationship, design business processes and technical architectures, demonstrate the platform, and support clients integrating TRM APIs. You will create integration documentation, build prototypes or PoCs using scripting languages, conduct testing and training, troubleshoot implementation issues, and feed product and architecture feedback back into the Solutions Architecture function.
Requirements
- Professional experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical roles
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer
- Customer-facing skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience customizing API-based SaaS products with engineering and product teams
- Ability to script in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks
- High initiative and a proactive approach to identifying improvements
- Experience with AI development (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients
- Design business processes and technical architectures
- Customize the platform and integrate TRM APIs
- Conduct testing and training for client implementations
- Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls
- Present APIs and architecture and guide implementation timelines
- Develop and maintain integration documentation and implementation guides
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide contingency solutions
- Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders
- Stay current with product features and advocate for enhancements
