About the Role
You will provide technical guidance and hands-on support to APAC integrators and partners. You will join partner-facing calls to answer technical questions, build proofs of concept and code snippets, and unblock integrations through real-time support on messaging channels. You will improve documentation and tutorials, triage and forward bugs and product feedback, and suggest process improvements to accelerate implementations. You will communicate technical details clearly in both Mandarin and English across timezones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years working in web3 or blockchain projects
- 3+ years as an integration engineer, solutions engineer, or developer relations professional
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Practical knowledge of Solidity
- Technical writing experience with ability to create clear documentation and tutorials
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Optional: Experience with Python, Rust, or Go
Responsibilities
- Join partner-facing calls to answer technical questions and scope integrations
- Build proof of concepts, code snippets, and custom dashboards to accelerate implementations
- Provide hands-on technical support to integrators via Telegram and Slack
- Improve developer documentation and tutorials based on integrator feedback
- Forward bugs and product feedback to internal engineering teams
- Identify gaps in integration support processes and suggest improvements
- Bridge language and timezone gaps by communicating technical details with Mandarin speaking product teams
