About the Role

You will act as the primary technical contact for partners integrating with CoW Protocol. You will own integrations from initial discussions through launch, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, improve SDKs, APIs, and documentation, join technical sales calls, monitor performance SLIs, and support technical bounties and grant submissions.

Requirements

  • Experience coding in JavaScript or TypeScript
  • Strong knowledge of Ethereum and EVM
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working across teams and bridging partners, business development, and engineering
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and drive them to resolution
  • Proactive, autonomous ownership from problem discovery to resolution
  • Attention to documentation and process improvement
  • Nice to have: experience with Solidity, Rust, or Python
  • Nice to have: knowledge of DeFi, Web3 infrastructure, or Ethereum tooling
  • Nice to have: background in developer support, solutions engineering, or integrations engineering

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first technical point of contact for partners integrating with CoW Protocol
  • Own the technical side of partner integrations from initial discussions through successful launch
  • Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot creatively, and route blockers to the right internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to deepen integrations and improve the partner experience
  • Improve SDKs, APIs, and developer documentation to accelerate onboarding
  • Act as an active feedback loop between partner teams and the product team
  • Monitor SLIs and proactively surface performance or integration issues
  • Join technical sales calls to assess feasibility and provide guidance
  • Maintain best-in-class documentation for the protocol
  • Support the Grants Program by structuring technical bounties and evaluating submissions
