About the Role
You will design and develop FullStack web applications with robust, scalable architectures. You will operate and maintain high-volume production systems, prioritizing stability, performance and observability. You will integrate AI tools and agents into daily workflows to accelerate development and improve code quality. You will proactively identify and implement technical improvements, translate UX/UI designs into functional interfaces, take full ownership of projects and make autonomous, informed decisions, and monitor progress to deliver high-impact results.
Requirements
- AI-First mindset
- Experience using AI agents in enterprise environments
- Experience with agents such as claude-code or codex in development workflows
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Experience with Django and/or FastAPI
- Database modeling design and implementation for SQL and NoSQL
- Experience optimizing production systems for high traffic including query optimization caching and concurrency handling
- Good practices in REST API design
- Active knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability handling
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and operations
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript React TypeScript and CSS for frontend work
