About the Role

You will lead end-to-end implementations and integrations for fraud and compliance products. You will support clients throughout onboarding, translate technical and functional requirements into practical solutions, maintain integration documentation, manage project delivery, and provide product feedback to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance
  • Written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Advanced SQL querying and JSON payload analysis experience
  • Experience with OpenAPI specifications, web development, and scripting internal tools using Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
  • Support clients throughout their onboarding process
  • Own API, SDK, integration, and support documentation
  • Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions
  • Manage implementation projects, timelines, risks, quality, and deliverables
  • Understand customer business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria
  • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
