About the Role
You will lead financial-services customer projects from discovery and investigation through solution design, integration, deployment, adoption, and ongoing value delivery. You will build and maintain workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models; train customer teams; provide technical advice and demonstrations; support presales; and turn customer insights into product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with banks, financial institutions, or other financial-services companies
- Business-level fluency in spoken and written Japanese
- Experience in cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence, financial crime analysis, AML, compliance, fraud prevention, or related fields
- Deep understanding of financial crime prevention, compliance, risk management, investigations, and digital-asset exposure management in financial institutions
- Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems including BTC, ETH, stablecoins, and DeFi
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in complex environments
- Professional experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and solution development
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Knowledge of data modeling, querying, and large datasets
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer projects for banks and financial institutions
- Understand customer investigation, intelligence, compliance, fraud, AML, and operational objectives
- Design, build, and maintain customer workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models
- Develop customer capability to operate solutions independently
- Serve as a technical and financial-services domain advisor
- Deliver training, demonstrations, investigation walkthroughs, and technical briefings
- Support technical presales for strategic financial-services engagements
- Contribute customer and market insights to product roadmaps and service improvements
