About the Role
You will act as the senior technical advisor for strategic partners and their customer engagements. You will define partner technical strategies, lead discovery and architecture decisions, enable partner delivery capabilities, guide deployments, coordinate specialists, monitor solution quality, and create repeatable architectures and playbooks.
Requirements
- Experience in senior customer- or partner-facing technical roles
- Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners
- Experience guiding enterprise organizations through discovery, evaluation, production deployment, adoption, and business impact
- Software and cloud architecture knowledge, including APIs, distributed systems, enterprise data, integrations, identity, security, privacy, and governance
- Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier LLMs, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, and enterprise AI workflows
- Ability to work with APIs, SDKs, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience enabling technical organizations at scale
- Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic partners
- Align partner strategy, technical priorities, customer opportunities, and success measures
- Develop partner technical strategies, solution plans, enablement plans, and delivery risk assessments
- Assess partner technical capabilities and delivery readiness
- Lead technical discovery with partners and joint customers
- Develop AI architectures covering models, applications, data, integrations, identity, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, reliability, and deployment
- Guide demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, architectural recommendations, and proofs of value
- Guide strategic deployments toward secure, reliable production
- Build partner technical self-sufficiency through enablement, workshops, mentorship, and reusable patterns
- Establish quality standards for partner-delivered solutions
- Coordinate specialist resources and maintain delivery ownership and handoffs
- Create reusable architectures, playbooks, reference solutions, and best practices
