About the Role
You will guide enterprise customers from initial conversations through evaluation, proof of value, procurement, and deployment. You will advise on architecture, agent design, evaluation, security, and governance; present business-value cases to executives; align delivery partners on target architectures; and share customer patterns with product and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a software engineer, solutions architect, forward deployed engineer, or technical founder
- Pre-sales or technical advisory experience with large enterprises
- Experience owning technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and due diligence
- Experience with value-based selling and executive business cases
- Production experience with LLM-powered applications
- Knowledge of prompting, context engineering, agent architecture, evaluation frameworks, and scaled deployment
- Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture requirements
- Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and executive audiences
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives and applied AI architects through enterprise opportunities
- Lead technical evaluations and remain a technical advisor during deployment
- Agree target architectures and advise systems integration partners during delivery
- Advise engineering teams on architecture, agent design, and evaluation
- Build and present business-value cases to executive stakeholders
- Guide customers through procurement, security, architecture, compliance, data residency, and governance reviews
- Share enterprise engagement patterns with product and engineering stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites across the UK
