About the Role
You will own the technical strategy for a portfolio of customers. You will lead discovery, define AI architectures and adoption roadmaps, guide evaluations and proofs of value, coordinate specialists, track adoption and production readiness, and translate customer learnings into reusable technical guidance.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success
- Experience guiding enterprise organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption
- Software and cloud architecture knowledge, including APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
- Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier LLM models, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, or enterprise AI workflows
- Ability to prototype and work with APIs, SDKs, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing customer portfolios
- Relevant industry expertise or digital-native business fluency
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers and prospects
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead discovery to identify and prioritize business-focused AI use cases
- Develop AI architectures covering models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Maintain use-case portfolios, success measures, delivery needs, and adoption plans
- Coordinate delivery, implementation, training, security, product, partner, and domain specialists
- Track adoption, usage, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
- Share customer insights to improve products, architecture guidance, and reusable practices
