About the Role
You will own technical strategy for public-sector customers, guiding them from discovery and evaluation through deployment, adoption, and measurable mission impact. You will design secure AI architectures, navigate public-sector requirements, coordinate delivery specialists, monitor technical outcomes, and translate customer learnings into reusable guidance and product feedback.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success
- Experience guiding complex organizations from evaluation through production adoption and measurable impact
- Experience with government agencies, public institutions, or government contractors
- Knowledge of public-sector mission priorities, security, compliance, governance, and procurement
- Software and cloud architecture knowledge, including API, distributed system, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
- Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier model, agentic application, model evaluation, retrieval, and enterprise AI workflow
- Ability to prototype and work with API, SDK, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing complex customer portfolios
- Relevant public-sector mission or customer-segment expertise
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for public-sector customers and prospects
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead discovery to identify, qualify, and prioritize mission and operational use cases
- Develop AI architectures spanning models, applications, data, integrations, identity, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide customers through evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Help customers navigate security, compliance, governance, and deployment requirements
- Maintain use-case portfolios with ownership, blockers, success measures, delivery needs, and adoption plans
- Coordinate delivery, implementation, enablement, security, product, domain, and partner specialists
- Track adoption, account health, production readiness, and mission impact
- Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research
