About the Role
You will manage complex automotive engineering projects, define milestones and budgets, coordinate internal and external teams, oversee releases, align customer needs with solutions, and resolve project issues. You will also travel abroad as needed to support projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry knowledge in vehicle software development and production processes
- Experience delivering complex OEM projects at an OEM or automotive Tier 1
- English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Experience working directly with customers
- Willingness to travel abroad up to 10%
Responsibilities
- Define project milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Evaluate project timing and adjust resource needs based on customer requirements
- Execute projects as the single point of contact and ensure delivery completion
- Engage customers to identify pain points and additional project opportunities
- Execute software and hardware release plans with engineering teams
- Coordinate internal and external teams and align technical roadmaps
- Align customer needs with solutions and support integration and validation
- Drive problem-solving and decision-making to resolve project issues
