About the Role

You will lead end-to-end enterprise integration launches using brokerage APIs. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and risks, facilitate partner check-ins, and guide partners through onboarding requirements. You will communicate project status, improve onboarding processes, and represent partner needs to technical and leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise business project management experience
  • Process, analysis, design, and documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work with customers globally
  • Familiarity with FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications
  • Experience with Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, and Google Workspace
  • Sales and customer success experience
  • Training or enablement experience
  • Brokerage or stocks experience
  • Crypto experience
  • Familiarity with Metabase
  • Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with issue management and API logging tools
  • Familiarity with Postman and curl

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using brokerage APIs
  • Scope, plan, and execute integration timelines with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve issues and align resources
  • Facilitate weekly partner check-ins and drive action items
  • Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies
  • Guide partners through onboarding requirements, including KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosures
  • Document and improve onboarding frameworks
  • Provide leadership with transparent updates on successes, blockers, and solutions
  • Stay informed about product development timelines and support feature rollouts
  • Communicate and prioritize partner feature requests with technical teams
  • Create internal and external resources for partners and internal teams
