About the Role
You will design tailored robotic inspection solutions for power and utilities customers, including business models and contractual frameworks. You will lead value-engineering workshops, build ROI cases, support complex customer engagements, develop sales enablement materials, represent the technology at industry events, inform product roadmaps, and mentor colleagues.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of industry experience in maintenance or reliability engineering
- Asset Performance Management experience in Power and Utilities or asset-heavy industries
- Knowledge of maintenance strategies, integrity programs, and reliability improvement
- Understanding of mobile robotics, IoT, DCS/SCADA, CMMS, and APM workflows
- Experience leading customer discovery and executive-level conversations
- Ability to build business cases and navigate pricing and contractual matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
- Willingness to travel 30–40% or more
Responsibilities
- Design vertical solutions and use cases for the Power and Utilities industry
- Build business models and contractual frameworks for turnkey solutions
- Lead business value engineering and create quantitative ROI cases
- Lead customer discovery and value-engineering workshops
- Support Key Account Managers on complex deals
- Develop sales enablement toolkits, reference architectures, and training
- Represent the technology within partner ecosystems and at industry events
- Bring industry insights to product marketing and product management
- Mentor business value consultants, engineers, and account teams
