About the Role
You will own growth projects from opportunity discovery through delivery and measurement. You will build and iterate across frontend, backend, and data systems, design A/B experiments, interpret results with data science, and create scalable systems for growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent expertise
- Full-stack development
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
- Experience applying AI tools to workflows and use cases beyond writing code
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Eligibility to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Own projects from identifying opportunities through shipping and measuring results

- Create scalable and performant systems for growth campaigns and initiatives
