About the Role
You will work directly with customers to understand pain points, scope product requirements, and deliver software solutions end to end. You will build agents that autonomously implement solutions, partner with commercial teams on customer outcomes, and influence core product-roadmap decisions.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred
- Have extensive experience building with and for agents
- Demonstrate a record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- Be comfortable working directly with customers
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for large customers
- Understand customer pain points and scope product specifications
- Build agents that autonomously implement solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management
- Drive product-roadmap decisions through an embedding model
- Decide when to build custom solutions or accelerate broader initiatives
