About the Role

You will work directly with financial institutions to understand workflows and turn them into Ethereum-based solution opportunities. You will lead technical discovery, map integrations, design architectures, build proofs of concept and demos, resolve integration constraints, and produce implementation documentation.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of hands-on software-engineering experience with production systems
  • Familiarity with Ethereum smart contracts, tooling, and protocol concepts
  • Knowledge of Solidity, TypeScript, Python, or Go
  • Experience integrating with financial or fintech systems or collaborating with relevant teams
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience framing problems and scoping technical options in client environments
  • Experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience with institutional digital-asset projects
  • Familiarity with cloud, security, and compliance considerations for financial institutions
  • Experience creating internal tools, reference architectures, or reusable components

Responsibilities

  • Understand client workflows, systems, and constraints
  • Translate client needs into Ethereum-based solution opportunities
  • Lead technical discovery and scoping
  • Map integration points and design technical architectures
  • Build proofs of concept, reference implementations, and technical demos
  • Address integration questions with institutional stakeholders
  • Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation notes
  • Align institutional needs with ecosystem technology
  • Provide feedback for content, standards, and best practices
