About the Role
You will work directly with financial institutions to understand workflows and turn them into Ethereum-based solution opportunities. You will lead technical discovery, map integrations, design architectures, build proofs of concept and demos, resolve integration constraints, and produce implementation documentation.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of hands-on software-engineering experience with production systems
- Familiarity with Ethereum smart contracts, tooling, and protocol concepts
- Knowledge of Solidity, TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Experience integrating with financial or fintech systems or collaborating with relevant teams
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience framing problems and scoping technical options in client environments
- Experience in forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, or technical consulting
- Experience with institutional digital-asset projects
- Familiarity with cloud, security, and compliance considerations for financial institutions
- Experience creating internal tools, reference architectures, or reusable components
Responsibilities
- Understand client workflows, systems, and constraints
- Translate client needs into Ethereum-based solution opportunities
- Lead technical discovery and scoping
- Map integration points and design technical architectures
- Build proofs of concept, reference implementations, and technical demos
- Address integration questions with institutional stakeholders
- Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and implementation notes
- Align institutional needs with ecosystem technology
- Provide feedback for content, standards, and best practices
