About the Role
You will work directly with customers to turn ambiguous requirements into production systems. You will design, code, test, deploy, and operate solutions across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems. You will own projects end-to-end and help define Forward Deployed Engineering standards and playbooks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production software
- Software engineering skills across the application stack
- Experience writing maintainable, well-tested code and owning production systems
- Architectural thinking and familiarity with distributed systems
- Ability to prototype rapidly and turn experiments into production-quality solutions
- Product intuition and ability to work directly with users
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, needs, and problems
- Turn ambiguous requirements into technical designs and production systems
- Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend and backend solutions
- Translate real-usage insights into platform improvements
- Own projects from discovery and architecture through shipping and iteration
- Debug complex issues across application, infrastructure, and AI-system boundaries
- Shape Forward Deployed Engineering standards, rituals, and playbooks
- Contribute to product strategy and technical decisions
