About the Role

You will help enterprise customers get the most from a voice AI platform by partnering with account executives, supporting technical customer contacts, architecting tailored solutions, creating demonstrations, developing enablement resources, building self-service tools and documentation, and turning common integration patterns into scalable product features.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology and ElevenLabs products.
• Interest in working directly with customers on technical problems.
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Strong technical background in solution integration architecture.
• Experience working with customers, including through student clubs or side projects.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Understanding of software development and software architecture.
• Understanding of common integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Understanding of regional and cultural nuances in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to improve the technical sales process.
• Work with customer and prospective customer technical contacts to provide support and architect solutions.
• Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value.
• Create technical enablement resources for sales teams.
• Build self-service tools and documentation for customers.
• Identify common integration patterns or features for productization.
• Work with product teams to turn integration patterns into product features.
