About the Role
You will lead technical sales pilots from the first customer conversation through contract signature. You will design architectures and integration paths, review customer data, map platform signals to fraud and bot problems, build ROI analyses, and support post-sale implementation. You will also create integrations, tools, automations, and workflows that improve onboarding.
Requirements
- 6+ years in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical implementation
- Read and write Python or JavaScript
- Debug customer integrations
- Use a consultative and customer-centric approach
- Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical buyers
- Use SQL or Excel and build ROI analyses
- Work in person in Austin, Texas
