About the Role
You will master the platform and support live client evaluations. You will onboard users, run tailored sessions and office hours, identify adoption friction, build champions, track engagement and impact, partner on evaluation readouts, maintain account notes, and share recurring client needs and reusable deployment practices.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in a client-facing sales role, investment banking, or a finance-adjacent field
- Financial fluency
- Ability to master a complex platform quickly and explain it clearly
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Interest in AI, technology, and financial workflows
Responsibilities
- Master the platform, workflows, skills, agents, integrations, and competitive landscape
- Support user onboarding and run tailored sessions
- Identify inactive users and address adoption friction
- Run office hours and develop repeatable use cases
- Build client champions
- Track engagement, successful workflows, feedback, and measurable impact
- Partner on evaluation readouts
- Maintain accurate account notes, commitments, and handoffs
- Share client needs and contribute reusable deployment playbooks
