About the Role

You will lead customer discovery and enterprise implementations while translating complex workflows into scalable AI systems. You will build integrations and reusable tools, collaborate with customer stakeholders, document implementation practices, and own the performance and reliability of the solutions you deliver.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience
• Experience with TypeScript or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration
• Ability to understand unfamiliar enterprise software architectures
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Experience with LLMs generative AI pipelines and agent-style automation frameworks
• Willingness to travel occasionally under 10%
• Ability to work five days per week in the Seattle office
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
