Responsibilities
- Set multi-quarter strategy for the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and reliability
- Build and develop a high-performing engineering team
- Lead complex initiatives from architecture through operation
- Guide enterprise data foundations for key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance
- Improve reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency across platform systems
- Establish reusable platform abstractions, documentation, tooling, and design-review practices
