About the Role

You will own the path from commit to production and improve build, test, review, deployment, and security systems. You will ship product features, build developer tools and agent environments, make releases safer, integrate security controls, and measure improvements to the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack software experience
• Experience shipping high-impact products or systems end to end
• Product sense
• Experience with CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, or security
• Extensive use of coding agents
• Security knowledge
• Measurement-driven problem solving
• Ability to own build, deployment, review, and security systems

Responsibilities

• Ship features across video creation software, the video rendering engine, and the developer platform
• Build tools, agents, and workflows that improve developer productivity
• Rebuild CI/CD with incremental builds, test selection, flaky-test detection, merge queues, and preview environments
• Implement progressive rollouts, canary analysis, feature flags, and automatic rollback
• Own coding-agent sandboxes, ephemeral stacks, and verification tooling
• Build AI-powered code-review pipelines and automated policy checks
• Run continuous agent-driven penetration testing and turn findings into proposed fixes
• Integrate secrets, dependency, and supply-chain scanning into development workflows
• Secure agent access with least-privilege permissions, short-lived credentials, sandboxing, audit logs, and prompt-injection guardrails
• Measure and improve PR-to-production time, credential security, and test reliability
