About the Role

You will set the social strategy and represent the brand across social channels. You will translate technical launches and customer outcomes into accurate, shareable content, create short-form video, support internal voices, manage creators, and adjust the plan using engagement and growth metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years running social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B technology brand
• Track record of growing a social account
• Technical fluency in inference, GPUs, and model performance
• Fluency with X and LinkedIn
• Ability to produce short-form video
• Experience managing a brand account
• Experience working in fast launch cycles

Responsibilities

• Build communication with the community across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and relevant channels
• Track AI and open-source conversations and contribute timely content
• Set channel strategy, growth plans, and measurement approaches
• Translate technical launches, benchmarks, projects, and customer outcomes into social content
• Lead social activities for launches
• Produce and edit short-form video
• Help engineers, GTM staff, and leadership publish content and ghostwrite when helpful
• Report on follower growth, engagement, reach, and share of voice
• Manage contractors and creators
