You will create and edit content, develop employee public voices, build communities, direct video and photography, use AI in content workflows, measure results, and coordinate social distribution with marketing partners.

Responsibilities
- Own social strategy across X, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Set editorial direction, content cadence, and content mix
- Build social motions for AI, technology, and healthcare audiences
- Run the employee-as-influencer program
- Write and edit social content
- Storyboard short-form video and direct content shoots
- Build community through replies, customer voices, and real-time moments
- Use AI across content research, ideation, drafting, editing, and scheduling
- Measure brand lift, audience growth, engagement quality, and pipeline influence
- Partner with communications, product marketing, customer marketing, events, and growth teams
