About the Role
You will own organic social strategy and content across major channels. You will create multimedia content, manage executive social presence, cover launches live, scale employee advocacy, monitor conversations and brand sentiment, analyze results, manage external partners, and train employees on safe social engagement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of organic social-media experience for a B2B or enterprise technology or SaaS brand
- Experience managing corporate LinkedIn and X accounts
- Executive social-account management or ghostwriting
- Employee advocacy program experience
- Real-time event posting and rapid response
- Writing and editorial skills
- Social analytics
- Pipeline and business-outcome measurement
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Technical fluency with AI, product, and engineering concepts
Responsibilities
- Own the organic social strategy and content calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Create and edit platform-native multimedia content
- Manage executive social-media presence, including ghostwriting and scheduling
- Lead live social coverage for launches and events
- Own and scale the employee advocacy program
- Build and run technical social listening and rapid response
- Train employees on social best practices and personal branding
- Manage agencies and contractors
- Track and report social performance
- Monitor brand sentiment, competitive conversation, and reputational risk
- Collaborate with communications, PR, product marketing, content, and R&D
