About the Role
You will lead global social strategy across major and emerging platforms. You will build short-form content, shape brand voice and identity, identify trends, direct creators and influencers, oversee community engagement, and use performance data to improve campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience running social media for a consumer, tech, fintech, crypto, or lifestyle brand
- Understanding of X, Instagram, and TikTok
- Understanding of internet culture, trends, and online communities
- Writing and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Build and execute global social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Lead short-form video content strategy and production
- Identify and adapt internet trends, memes, audio cues, and viral formats
- Develop and maintain brand identity across platforms
- Identify, onboard, and direct content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors
- Oversee community engagement across platforms
- Define performance KPIs and analyze data to refine content strategy and optimize campaigns
