About the Role

You will ensure continuous 24x7 operation and security of critical infrastructure, performing routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and hardware. You will monitor hardware, respond to and remediate equipment faults, install servers as part of customer onboarding, travel for site inspections, maintain service and maintenance logs, and oversee day-to-day facility operations.

Requirements

• Technical degree in information technology or equivalent certifications and job experience
• 1+ years of experience in a critical infrastructure environment
• Comfortable working with a team of technicians in a 24x7 operating environment
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting preferred
• Experience with HVAC preferred
• Experience with plumbing preferred
• Experience with security and fire protection preferred
• Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance desired

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and hardware
• Monitor hardware
• Complete day to day tasks in a safe and efficient manner
• Respond to and remediate equipment faults identified by customers or internal monitoring systems
• Assist in the customer onboarding process by installing servers
• Travel to mining facilities for site inspections
• Maintain logs for service and maintenance on deployed assets
