Customer Success Manager - Offerwall Mobile Apps

About the Role
You will sit at the intersection of publisher relationships, advertiser support and end user experience. You will monitor and optimise publisher performance across offerwall and API integrations, troubleshoot advertiser campaigns, identify upsell opportunities, and build scalable support and reporting processes. You will create dashboards and reports with Metabase and PostHog, use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, and build processes and automations to improve partner revenue and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in offerwall or alternatively performance marketing or mobile user acquisition
- Proven account management or customer success background with retention and growth track record
- Curiosity about AI automation and experience using tools like Claude
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical nuance for non technical partners
- Data driven mindset and comfort with analytics tools
- Familiarity with offerwall and affiliate platforms, publisher monetisation or CPA/CPI campaign structures
- Hands on experience with Metabase, PostHog, Intercom or Jira
- Experience working in a startup or small team environment
Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimise publisher performance across offerwall and API integrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publisher partners
- Identify opportunities to grow partner revenue and expand partnerships
- Monitor offer inventory and create automations to suggest relevant offers to partners
- Handle advertiser campaign queries and troubleshoot issues quickly
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within advertiser accounts
- Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards using Metabase and PostHog
- Create scalable support and success processes from scratch
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve response quality and speed
