Senior Implementation Manager

About the Role

You will manage end-to-end integrations for enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and resolving technical issues. You will analyze product performance and onboarding metrics, design onboarding workflows, and produce data-driven recommendations. You will train CSMs, Implementation Specialists, and Product Analysts, write clear documentation, and collaborate with operations, compliance, and sales to deliver successful implementations.

Requirements

  • 4-8+ years of implementation experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments with a track record of delivering complex integrations
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis
  • Comfort reading code and API documentation
  • Ability to write basic scripts for testing and automation
  • Experience managing multiple implementations and stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to developers and business stakeholders
  • Strong written documentation skills
  • Analytical problem-solving and pattern recognition skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity, rapid context-switching, and building processes from scratch in a high-growth environment
  • Payment industry knowledge (card transaction flows, authorization/settlement, interchange) (nice to have)
  • Direct experience with card issuing programs or BaaS platforms (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain, or crypto payment rails (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate integration of key company accounts into the platform and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs and tailor onboarding solutions
  • Analyze product performance and track metrics to identify onboarding improvements
  • Train CSMs, Implementation Specialists, and Product Analysts on onboarding and implementation best practices
  • Support design of onboarding workflows for new business customers
  • Provide data-driven insights to enhance the user experience and product adoption
  • Define business requirements for onboarding and create user stories with CSMs
  • Use analytics tools to track and measure onboarding success and report key findings to stakeholders
