About the Role

You will act as the day-to-day technical point of contact for high-value partners in LATAM. You will manage account check-ins, guide partners through integration design, build, test, and launch, troubleshoot APIs/SDKs/widgets, monitor logs and metrics to maintain integration health, support incident communications, and collect and structure partner feature requests to provide clear, actionable context to engineering and product.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions/Integration Engineer, or Technical Support within Web3, B2B SaaS, fintech, or API-first products
  • Strong API fundamentals including HTTP, authentication, webhooks, retries, idempotency, and JSON; able to read logs and traces
  • Clear communicator able to translate complex technical issues for engineers and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with experience managing multiple accounts, ticketing, follow-ups, and lightweight reporting
  • Located in LATAM with overlap with US business hours
  • Nice to have: experience in DeFi, cross-chain integrations, wallets, RPC, observability tools (e.g., Grafana), and support workflows/tools (Slack, Telegram, Linear, Zendesk)

Responsibilities

  • Manage top-tier accounts and run high-quality check-ins such as QBRs and reviews
  • Provide hands-on integration support: design, build, test, and launch integrations
  • Troubleshoot APIs, SDKs, and widgets and escalate issues with clear documentation
  • Monitor logs, metrics, and errors to maintain integration health and support incident communications
  • Collect and structure partner feature requests and relay actionable feedback to product and engineering
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support to unblock issues and improve docs and tooling
