About the Role
You will handle text-based customer support and respond clearly and concisely in writing. You will use Salesforce, Slack, Notion and Google Workspace to streamline and automate tasks. You will perform JPYC issuance and payment/funds transfer administrative procedures, analyze operational data and propose workflow improvements, and execute routine tasks with high accuracy.
Requirements
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Desire and ability to identify process inefficiencies
- Meticulousness in executing routine work
- High reading comprehension and ability to interpret intent from text
- Ability to write logical and clear business text
- IT literacy with Slack, Notion and Google Workspace
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Customer support or call center experience (preferred)
- Ability to summarize and organize complex information (preferred)
- Financial industry administrative experience (preferred)
- Intellectual curiosity about JPYC and blockchain technologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide text-based customer support
- Use Salesforce and other tools to improve operational efficiency
- Manage JPYC issuance and payment related administrative procedures
- Analyze operational data and propose workflow improvements
- Execute routine operational tasks accurately and reliably
- Compose clear and logical written communications
