About the Role
You will own and manage real-time customer support during APAC hours, triaging inbound inquiries across ticketing and communication platforms and escalating when needed. You will act as the primary Korean-language interface for customers, support investigations and tool usage, deliver product training, and help customers operationalise the platform. You will manage a portfolio of Korean customers through onboarding, adoption, support, and renewal, surface expansion opportunities, capture customer feedback to inform product and documentation, and represent TRM at events and engagements in Korea.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of professional experience, ideally in law enforcement, government, crypto businesses, or financial institutions
- Native or business-level Korean (spoken and written)
- Working proficiency in English for internal communication
- High empathy and responsiveness
- Experience or strong interest in virtual currencies and blockchain analytics
- Proven ability to structure complex problems, prioritise critical issues, and deliver actionable solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigour
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical and investigative concepts
- Strong collaboration skills across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
- Role based in South Korea
Responsibilities
- Own and manage real-time customer support during APAC hours
- Triages inbound inquiries and ensure timely, clear communication and resolution
- Act as first point of contact for law enforcement, financial institutions, and crypto businesses
- Manage a portfolio of Korean customer relationships from onboarding through renewal
- Support renewals and expansion using data and customer outcomes
- Identify and surface new business opportunities to Account Directors
- Deliver product training for new and existing customers
- Capture and relay Voice of the Customer feedback to inform product and documentation
- Serve as TRM’s Korean-language interface for demonstrations, investigations, and relationship development
- Represent TRM at industry events and respond to inbound marketing-generated inquiries
