About the Role
You will provide support to customers via chat, phone, and email, present product features and upgrades based on customer needs, and build long-term relationships to increase loyalty. You will gather and share customer feedback to improve products and services, stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment using both German and English.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service preferably in fintech or technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage and build rapport
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools and software quickly
- Ability to problem-solve effectively and work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Positive proactive customer-first mindset
- Experience in trading or financial markets is an advantage
- Previous customer relations experience preferred
- Advanced level of German and English
