About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor for regulatory agencies, onboarding them onto blockchain intelligence tools and driving rapid adoption. You will tailor training, build executive relationships, develop self‑serve resources and scalable workflow solutions (chatbots, copilots, templates), monitor usage, and surface product feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years working within or alongside government regulatory agencies or supporting them in customer success, deployment, consulting, or account management roles
- Practical experience with or strong interest in blockchain analysis and virtual currencies
- Experience with investigative and compliance tools
- Ability to structure problems and prioritize critical issues in complex regulatory environments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated AI fluency and experience building workflow-driven AI solutions (e.g., copilots, automated trackers, bots)
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- US Citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor for regulator customers
- Onboard new regulator customers and drive utilization milestones within 60 days
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with economic buyers and executives
- Develop and launch self-serve resources such as playbooks and onboarding guides
- Identify recurring regulator use cases and deliver scalable solutions (chatbots, workflow templates, query sets)
- Monitor customer usage, detect adoption gaps, and execute proactively to maintain high retention
- Surface product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering
