About the Role
You will manage strategic enterprise accounts after sale and drive their long-term success. You will lead onboarding and adoption, engage technical and executive stakeholders, monitor account health and usage, support renewals and expansion, develop repeatable workflows, and synthesize customer feedback into product priorities.
