Senior Solutions Architect - TS/SCI (Pre-Sales)

About the Role
You will deliver end-to-end solutions for customers, oversee the technical pre-sales relationship, propose business processes and technical architectures, demonstrate the platform and its APIs, design and implement integrations, build proofs of concept using scripting languages, produce integration documentation and reference architectures, conduct testing and training, troubleshoot integration issues, and provide technical guidance during discovery and implementation.
Requirements
- Professional experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Customer Success Engineer)
- Exceptional customer-facing skills with ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to customize API-based SaaS products at scale
- Comfortable scripting in one or more languages to build proofs of concept (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks independently
- High initiative and proactive approach to identifying technical and process improvements
- Experience working with OSINT tools for public sector environments
- Bonus: previous experience in AI development
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients
- Oversee the technical pre-sales relationship and act as a technical consultant during discovery
- Propose business processes and technical architectures
- Demonstrate the platform and present APIs and architecture to clients
- Design, implement, test, and integrate API-based solutions
- Develop and maintain integration resources, API documentation, and implementation guides
- Conduct testing and training to maximize client impact
- Troubleshoot integration and implementation issues
- Cultivate relationships with technical stakeholders and provide ongoing support
- Stay current with product features and advocate for product enhancements
