About the Role
You will produce high-volume, scroll-stopping short-form videos for paid channels, organic social, and in-product surfaces. You will work from creative briefs and performance data to rapidly concept, shoot, edit, and ship videos. You will build and maintain a library of hooks, formats, and templates for rapid testing and iteration. You will collaborate with the performance marketing team to identify what converts and double down on it. You will source and direct UGC creators when needed and stay current on trending formats, sounds, and native platform patterns.
Requirements
- Portfolio of short-form work with demonstrable performance results (views, engagement, conversion)
- Expert-level proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects for fast turnaround editing
- Strong instinct for hooks focusing on the first 1-2 seconds
- Ability to work at high volume with rapid feedback loops
- Understanding of direct response principles
- Bonus: Experience in gaming, fintech, or consumer app verticals
Responsibilities
- Produce 15-30+ short-form videos per week across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ad formats
- Work from creative briefs and performance data to rapidly concept, shoot, edit, and ship videos
- Build a library of hooks, formats, and templates for rapid testing and remixing
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to analyze conversion and optimize creative
- Source and direct UGC creators when needed
- Monitor and adopt trending formats, sounds, and native platform patterns
