Performance Marketing Expansion and Localization Manager

About the Role

You will coordinate market entry and scale performance marketing in new territories. You will adapt global creative concepts into high-performing localized assets, localize funnels and user journeys, and ensure cultural and linguistic optimization from ad click to checkout. You will vet and manage local agencies to meet CPA and ROAS targets, audit campaigns regularly, and optimize bidding, campaign structure, and tracking to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Proven experience scaling campaigns across multiple regions
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with TikTok and X ad platforms
  • Native-level fluency in at least one language other than English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
