About the Role
You will drive growth and engagement across social and community channels and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You will create high-performing social content, recruit and manage influencers and KOLs, plan reward-based and partner co-marketing campaigns, moderate and support online communities, and analyze performance to optimize conversion.
Requirements
- Three-plus years of growth marketing experience with a Web3 or blockchain company
- Hands-on experience designing persuasive, conversion oriented multi-channel campaigns (web, email, social, online communities, video)
- Proven track record scaling user growth on Twitter, Discord and Telegram
- Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes within 24 hours
- Familiarity with performance marketing and data analytics including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong project management, communication and collaboration skills across global teams
Responsibilities
- Drive user growth, engagement and conversion across Twitter, Discord and Telegram
- Monitor social media for industry trends and developments
- Track user interests and feedback and generate demand
- Produce highly engaging, performance driven social media content
- Recruit and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers
- Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns including reward based and partner co-marketing campaigns
- Foster an engaging and positive online community
- Moderate community discourse to ensure smooth daily interactions
- Provide customer support and resolve community queries and issues
