About the Role
You will define and drive product strategy, prioritize features, and coordinate resources to deliver high-impact products. You will lead and mentor product managers, manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch, work with engineering and cross-functional partners, and provide project management expertise for large programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Product Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and communicate to executive management
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience with testing and integrating to APIs
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers
- Oversee all stages of the product life cycle from conception through launch
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements
- Maintain a deep understanding of cryptocurrency payments and financial infrastructure markets
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap
- Provide project management subject matter expertise and support for large complex programs
