About the Role
You will own the end-to-end payments product model, defining how businesses initiate, track, manage, and reconcile payments across domestic, cross-border, fiat, and stablecoin flows. You will translate payment rails, APIs, ledger events, and webhooks into clear workflows and scalable product abstractions. You will design internal workflows and operational controls that make cross-border money movement simple, reliable, and transparent. You will identify gaps across initiation, settlement, and support, and lead improvements in reliability, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with payments, treasury, or transaction-heavy B2B financial products
- Deep understanding of payment lifecycles including initiation, routing, execution, settlement, refunds, reversals, and reconciliation
- Ability to translate complex backend capabilities into elegant, intuitive user experiences without losing operational rigor
- Experience with API-driven, event-driven, or ledger-based systems and ability to make product decisions around technical constraints
- Ability to reason about asynchronous flows, failure handling, retries, and operational exceptions
- Proven track record of owning a product domain end-to-end from strategy through delivery and operational follow-through
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and finance
- Data-informed decision-making and ability to identify and use appropriate KPIs
- Experience with payouts, acquiring, issuer processing, treasury flows, FX, or cross-border settlement (nice to have)
- Experience building products on top of bank, scheme, processor, or stablecoin infrastructure (nice to have)
- Familiarity with reconciliation workflows, finance tooling, and operations tooling (nice to have)
- Experience in high-growth environments and with stablecoin or crypto (nice to have)

- Own the end-to-end payments product model for Reap Direct, covering initiation, tracking, management, and reconciliation
- Translate payment infrastructure, rails, ledger events, APIs, and webhooks into clear workflows and scalable product abstractions
- Design operational workflows and controls to simplify cross-border money movement and support internal teams at scale
- Identify gaps across the payments lifecycle and drive improvements in reliability, transparency, controls, and operational efficiency
