About the Role
You will support day-to-day operational processes for the platform, ensuring activities run efficiently and comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions. You will assist in delivering product and operational projects, help design and scale operational frameworks, identify and implement process improvements, coordinate readiness with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Finance, and manage operational data and reporting to support governance and regulatory needs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in operations, product operations, fintech, or a related role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Motivated, proactive and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Interest in fintech, digital assets and regulated financial services
- Basic understanding of operational processes and controls (nice to have)
- Experience working within compliance functions or regulated environments (nice to have)
