About the Role

You will serve as the mission leader for your territory, demonstrating GHOST™ in technical and functional settings and mapping the application to agency workflows and pain points. You will translate field feedback and industry trends into actionable product requirements and market insights. You will develop briefing materials, white papers, and presentations to influence policy and industry forums. You will manage relationships with end users and vendors, support customer onboarding, and educate non-public safety colleagues on use cases, terminology, and procurement nuances.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Public Safety or as a high-level Technical Sales Engineer in public safety enterprise software
  • Established network within the Public Safety community
  • Ability to explain complex AI and data solutions in mission-focused terms
  • Proven reputation as a respected leader in Public Safety
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop compelling briefing materials and collateral
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical and functional demonstrations of the GHOST™ application
  • Map application features to agency workflows and pain points
  • Translate industry trends and user feedback into product requirements
  • Develop white papers and presentations to shape industry forums and policy
  • Manage relationships with end users and product vendors
  • Coordinate with client delivery to ensure successful customer onboarding
  • Educate internal colleagues on use cases, terminology, and procurement nuances
