About the Role
YOU will own growth strategy and roadmap spanning acquisition activation retention and monetization. YOU will build the experimentation engine with tooling, decision frameworks, and analytics infrastructure. YOU will drive acquisition surfaces through referrals, partner integrations, paid landing pages, and viral loops. YOU will crack the activation funnel with wallet based onboarding, first time deposit (FTD) conversion, and first bet placement. YOU will retain and reengage by designing bonus engines, loyalty mechanics, and lifecycle campaigns that turn first-time depositors into repeat players. YOU will set the data foundation with funnel metrics, cohort retention curves, LTV, CAC, and dashboards that guide growth decisions. YOU will execute at startup speed by writing your own specs, running SQL, and shipping. You are a player-coach, not a manager of managers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on growth at a high velocity consumer startup
- Hands on experience with referrals lifecycle onboarding funnels incentive design and experimentation infrastructure
- Raw analytical horsepower and ability to work directly with data
- Bias for execution and ability to write PRDs and unblock engineering
