About the Role

You'll take ideas from zero to venture-backable businesses, working closely with founders to shape strategy, validate problem spaces, build MVPs, and find early product market fit. This is a hands-on, high ownership role spanning product, design, growth, and technology in a fast-moving venture studio environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building 0-to-1 products or ventures, ideally across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience building products in healthcare or similarly regulated environments, or strong interest and ability to ramp quickly.
  • Lean and experimental mindset focused on speed, learning, and focus over perfection.
  • Ability to work across product, design, technology, and growth while knowing when to involve specialists.
  • Technical mindset with ability to build no-code or low-code solutions, prototypes, or proofs of concept.
  • Commercial curiosity around ICPs, value propositions, pricing hypotheses, and early go-to-market.
  • Strong communication, feedback-seeking, expectation-setting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, take calculated risks, learn quickly, and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end early build from problem definition and MVP scoping through shipping, testing, and iteration.
  • Get products into users' hands quickly using lean, experimental approaches to validate assumptions and generate learning.
  • Shape the customer experience and product vision while balancing user, commercial, and technical realities.
  • Work closely with founders to challenge thinking, sharpen focus, and drive momentum.
  • Help ventures progress through studio stage gates toward evidence-backed investment committee decisions.
  • Identify opportunities by staying close to market dynamics, emerging technology, and user behavior.
  • Communicate progress, learnings, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly with founders and the wider studio.
