About the Role
You will own the design and optimization of mobile trading experiences across iOS and Android. You will improve user journeys for funding asset discovery trading holding and withdrawal while addressing transaction failures delays rejections and high-volatility conditions. You will use AI SQL product analytics user research and A/B testing to identify problems validate decisions and improve the roadmap. You will also translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product flows and analyze customer feedback and support data.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Product Manager owning core user flows in consumer-facing applications
- Strong product design skills with the ability to create user flows information architecture wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Hands-on experience using AI in product design research analysis prototyping or documentation
- Strong understanding of mobile UX and interaction patterns across iOS and Android
- Strong data skills including SQL and experience with Mixpanel Amplitude GA or similar analytics tools
- Experience designing or analyzing A/B tests
- Ability to simplify complex financial or trading concepts for non-expert users
- Strong product documentation and communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Portfolio or examples of personally led product flows preferred
- Experience in trading brokerage investment payments fintech or other financial products preferred
- Experience designing trading experiences for a brokerage or trading platform preferred
- Product and Design background preferred
- Southeast Asia or emerging market experience preferred
- Fiat on/off-ramp experience preferred
- Experience building or scaling mobile design systems preferred
- Experience building team-level AI workflows internal tools or prompt libraries preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the design and optimization of mobile trading experiences including user flows information architecture page structure and interactions
- Optimize trading journeys for new and experienced users to improve conversion completion and usability
- Design flows for transaction failures delays rejections and high-volatility conditions
- Own the end-to-end journey across funding asset discovery trading holding and withdrawal
- Work with Design and Engineering to deliver consistent interaction patterns across iOS and Android
- Use AI for product ideation solution generation prototyping research competitive analysis data analysis and documentation
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into user-friendly product flows
- Use SQL product analytics user research and A/B testing to identify problems and validate decisions
- Analyze customer feedback and support data to identify product issues and improve the roadmap
