About the Role
You will own the vision and roadmap for a growth platform spanning campaigns, tasks, incentives, loyalty, segmentation, configuration, and analytics. You will lead product managers, drive platform delivery and experimentation, enable channel growth, and establish stakeholder prioritization and governance.
Requirements
- Five or more years of product management experience
- Two or more years managing product managers
- Experience designing and shipping shared growth infrastructure
- Experience consolidating growth tools into reusable self-serve systems
- Stakeholder-management experience across competing internal customers and executive leadership
- Data and analytics fluency
- Experience navigating complex cross-team dependencies in a global organization
Responsibilities
- Define the multi-year growth-platform vision and roadmap
- Set platform standards for reusability, configurability, and time to launch
- Lead design and delivery of growth products and operational capabilities
- Drive experimentation infrastructure and growth analytics
- Use AI tools and automation to improve experimentation and growth operations
- Translate channel needs into platform capabilities
- Establish stakeholder intake, prioritization, and governance processes
- Manage, coach, and develop product managers
